He married Elizabeth Opdyke. Elizabeth was born in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey 1738. Elizabeth was the daughter of John Opdyke and Margaret Green. Elizabeth died 1836 in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey, at 98 years of age.
John Arnwine and Elizabeth Opdyke had the following children:

Mary2 Arnwine. She married Elisha Warford
Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ, February 10, 1806. Elisha was born in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey October 20, 1785.
Elisha was the son of James Warford and Rachel Cain. Elisha died May 16, 1872 in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey, at 86

John Arnwine was born in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey about 1760. John died 1831 at 71 years of age.

Margaret Arnwine was born in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey 1761. Margaret died 1808 Lambertville, Hunterdon
Co, NJ, at 47 years of age. She married John Case. John was born in Hunterdon Co, New
Jersey 1757.

Elizabeth Arnwine was born in New Jersey 1781. She married twice. She married
Elisha Warford. Elisha was born in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey October 20, 1785. Elisha was the son of James Warford
and Rachel Cain. Elisha died May 16, 1872 in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey, at 86 years of age. She married Daniel Carroll 1809.
