Kathryn died October 24, 1882 in Keosauqua, Van Buren Co, IA, at 58 years of age. Burried at Bethel Cemetary in VanBuren Co, Iowa In the 1860 census Pittstown, VanBuren Twp, VanBuren Co Iowa page 342, R Lennager (age 38, VA) is recorded with Catherine (age 36,IN), Benjamin (age 12,KY), Mary (age 10,KY), Sarah (age 8,KY), G.R. (age 6,KY), Alice (age 3,IA), and Able (age 1,IA). He is a farmer
In the 1870 census Pittstown, VanBuren Twp, VanBuren Co Iowa page 333, Runnels (age 53) is recorded with Catherine (age 46), Sarah (age 17), Catherine. (age 15), Alice (age 13), Abel (age 10), and Isaac (age 7). He is a farmer born in Virginia.
Runnels Lenegar and Catherine Sellers had the following children:

3 ii. Mary Elizabeth Lenegar(3436) was born in Snyder Mill, KY October 31, 1850. Mary died January 16, 1933 in Keosauqua, Van Buren Co, IA, at 82 years of age. She is buried in Bethel Cemetery, VanBuren Co, Iowa She married twice.
She married Thomas Wilson Godown in Keosauqua, Van Buren Co, IA, September 24, 1867. Thomas was born Franklin Co, Ohio November 08, 1840. Thomas(3437) was the son of Horace Clark Godown and Agnes Nancy Hopper. Thomas died January 25, 1892 in Keosauqua, Van Buren Co, IA, at 51 years of age. He died of bronchitis of the throat, lungs, and heart as noted on the pension application submitted by his widow Mary E Godown. He is buried in Bethel Cemetery, VanBuren Co, Iowa (See Thomas Wilson Godown for the continuation of this line.)
She married John Meredith Thomas in VanBuren Co, Iowa, October 16, 1894. John was born in Highland Co, OH January 10, 1841. (Additional notes for John Meredith Thomas(3438)) John died August 6, 1927 in VanBuren Co, Iowa, at 86 years of age. Burial: Bethel Cemetery Birmingham, Van Buren Co, Iowa In the 1870 census Des Moines, Van Buren Co, Iowa page 228, John (age 29) is recorded with his wife Tobitha (age 23), and William (age 1). John is a farm hand probably helping out on the Daniel Thomas (age 66) farm right next door.
In the 1880 census Des Moines, Van Buren Co, Iowa page 513, John (age 38) is recorded with his wife Tobitha (age 33), William (age 11), John (age 9), Elias (age 6), George (age 3), and Cemathy (age 1). John is a farmer.
In the 1900 census VanBuren Twp, VanBuren Co Iowa page 134, John (age 59) is recorded with Mary (age 49), William (age 31), John (age 29), and Louis (age 15). They have been married for 5 years. Mary has had 8 children with 5 living at the time of the census. John works in a Livery Barn.
In the 1910 census Market Street VanBuren Twp, VanBuren Co Iowa page 151, John (age 69) is recorded with Mary (age 60). They have been married for 16 years. Mary has had 5 children. John is a Livery Barn Manager. On February 17th, 1892, Mary E. Godown resident of Leando, VanBuren Co, Iowa aged 42 years, applied for war pention. Her husband Thomas died in Leando, Iowa of Broncitis disease of the throat and lungs and heart.
In the 1930 census Jackson Twp, VanBuren Co Iowa page 238, Mary Thomas (age 79, widow) is recorded with John Robison (age 69) his wife Ella (age 61), J.Wilber (age 40), and Mary (age 34). John is a farmer born in Ohio.

5 iv. Catherine R. Lenegar was born in Kentucky 1854.
6 v. Alice L Lenegar was born Iowa 1857.
7 vi. Abel W Lenegar was born Iowa 1859.
