5. Ernest² Warner (Herman¹) was born Lambertville, Hunterdon Co, NJ August 1899.

He married Elsie Crips in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey, 1920. Elsie was born Franklin Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ October 1899. Elsie⁽⁵⁵²⁶⁾ was the daughter of William Crips and Martha M Buchanan. In the 1930 census 60 Elm Street, Lambertville Hunterdon Co NJ page 249, Ernest (age 31) is recorded with his wife Elsie (age 31), Ruth (age 8), Margarete (age 3y5m), and Earnest (age 1m). Earnest is a pottery caster and was first married at age 22. They are recorded just 2 doors from his parents.

Ernest Warner and Elsie Crips had the following children:

6 i. Ruth E³ Warner (still alive).

7 ii. Marguetete Warner was born Franklin Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ October 28, 1926. Marguetete died September 5, 1998 Flemington, Hunterdon Co, NJ, at 71 years of age.

8 iii. Ernest Warner (still alive).
