1. Joseph M¹ Cullen was born in New Jersey 1785.

He married Agnes Lee in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey, December 3, 1818. Agnes was born in New Jersey 1793. In the 1830 census Kingwood Hunterdon Co New Jersey page 369, a Joseph Cullen is recorded with 2 males under 5, 1 male, 5-10, 1 male 30-40, 1 male 80-90, 1 female under 5, and 1 female 30-40. Total of 7 in the household.

In the 1850 census Kingwood Hunterdon Co NJ page 149, Joseph (age 64) is recorded with Agnes (age 56), George (age 22), Mary (age 15), and Alexander (age 10). Josepj is a carpenter and all births are NJ.

Joseph M Cullen and Agnes Lee had the following children:

+ 2 i. Henry Pool² Cullen was born August 7, 1824.

3 ii. George Cullen was born Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ 1827.

4 iii. Mary Cullen was born Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ 1834.

5 iv. Alexander Cullen was born Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ 1839.
