1. William Hosmer1 Farnham was born in Pennsylvania July 18, 1854. William died 1929 in Friendship, Allegany Co, New York, at 74 years of age.

He married Louisa Maria Collins. Louisa was born in Dundaff, Susquehanna Co, PA October 25, 1855. Louisa died February 19, 1930 in Friendship, Allegany Co, New York, at 74 years of age.

William Hosmer Farnham and Louisa Maria Collins had the following children:

child 3 ii. Emma Mae Farnham was born in Coalville, Webster Co, Iowa July 30, 1878. Emma died 1962 New York, at 83 years of age. She married Samuel Ebenezer Jenison. Samuel was born New York December 11, 1869. Samuel died 1950 in Shongo, Allegany Co, NY, at 80 years of age. Burial: Shongo Cemetery Shongo, Allegany County, New York, USA

child 4 iii. Susan Farnham was born in Dickson County, Iowa March 25, 1880. Susan died May 26, 1882 New York, at 2 years of age.

child 5 iv. Bessie Farnham was born in Spring Mills, New York December 10, 1883. Bessie died September 26, 1974 in Silver Creek, Chautauqua Co, NY, at 90 years of age. She married William Henry Stephens in Whitesville, Allegany Co, New York, December 14, 1902. William was born in Canisteo, Steuben Co, NY February 26, 1881. child 6 v. Essie H Farnham was born in Spring Mills, New York December 10, 1883. Essie died September 26, 1974 in Silver Creek, Chautauqua Co, NY, at 90 years of age.

child 7 vi. Hazel Farnham was born New York October 13, 1894. Hazel died 1957 in Friendship, Allegany Co, New York, at 62 years of age.
