1. Henry¹ Hoagland was born Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ January 5, 1780. Henry died Illinois.

He married Catharine Voorhees. Catharine was born about 1780. Catharine was the daughter of Main Family line Voorhees.

Henry Hoagland and Catharine Voorhees had the following children:

2 i. Fanny Opdyke² Hoagland⁽²⁶⁵⁵⁾ was born Kingwood Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ May 15, 1805. Fanny died February 7, 1878 Montgomery Co, Illinois, at 72 years of age. Buried at Harts Church Cemetery (Also known as: Union Cemetery) Montgomery County, Illinois

She married John Evan Godown in Schenck, Sumerset Co, IL, October 11, 1836.

John was born in Amwell Twp, Hunterdon Co, New Jersey March 02, 1811. John⁽²⁶⁵⁶⁾ was the son of Evan Godown and Elizabeth Hoagland. John died May 26, 1891 Montgomery Co, Illinois, at 80 years of age. Buried at Harts Church Cemetery, Montgomery County, Illinois (See John Evan Godown for the continuation of this line.)

3 ii. Derrick Voorhees Hoagland was born October 13, 1807. Derrick died Rochester, Monroe Co, NY.

4 iii. Catharine Hoagland was born September 23, 1812.
