1. John¹ Holgate was born 1834. John died 1898 at 64 years of age.

He married Julia Ann White 1854. Julia was born 1838. Julia died 1893 at 55 years of age.

John Holgate and Julia Ann White had the following child:

2 i. Elmina C² Holgate was born in Pennsylvania January 1864. Mina died 1950 at 86 years of age. She married Levi Pursell in Pennsylvania, 1890. Levi was born in White Haven, Luzerne Co, PA December 1865. Levi was the son of Thomas Pursell and Frances Parks. (See Levi Pursell for the continuation of this line.)
