1. Henry V¹ Hunt was born in New Jersey 1819. Henry died June 20, 1884 at 64 years of age.

He married Amy Butterfoss Delaware Twp, Hunterdon Co, NJ, November 14, 1863. Amy was born in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey 1824. Amy was the daughter of Valentine E Butterfoss and Rachel Osborn. Amy died December 29, 1895 at 71 years of age. In the 1860 census Delaware, Hunterdon, New Jersey page 385, Henry (age 40) is recorded as a laborer with Garret Vandolah (age 62).

In the 1870 census Delaware, Hunterdon, New Jersey page 164, Henry (age 50) is recorded with Amy (age 49). Henry is a farmer born in NJ.

In the 1880 census Delaware, Hunterdon, New Jersey page 29, Henry (age 60) is recorded with his wife Amy (age 59) and sister-in-law Hester Butterfoss (age 55). Henry is a farmer born in NJ.

Henry V Hunt and Amy Butterfoss had the following child:

2 i. male² Hunt was born in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey January 17, 1866. Male died January 17, 1866 in Hunterdon Co, New Jersey, at less than one year of age.
