3. Elvin Saul2 Hunter (Harry1) was born Millville, Cumberland Co, NJ April 08, 1923. Elvin died February 01, 1955 at 31 years of age.

He married Barbara Gray about 1945. Barbara was born in Woodbury, New Jersey February 1, 1928. Barbara was the daughter of Dr. James L. Gray and Amanda L Whitaker. Barbara died May 31, 2012 Millville, Cumberland Co, NJ, at 84 years of age. Barbara Gray Godown, 84, of Millville passed away Thursday, May 31, 2012, surrounded by her family.

Born in Woodbury on Feb. 1, 1928, Barbara was raised in Millville and had a lifelong love of the history of the city and her close-knit family.

She is predeceased by her husband, Raymond L. Godown Jr.; and a son, James Stephen Godown. Surviving are her daughter, Martha F. Godown of Ocean City; her son, David Raymond Godown; daughter-in-law, Annette, of Wheeling, W.Va.; a granddaughter, Elizabeth Amanda Godown of Philadelphia; two grandsons, Michael Raymond Godown and William David Godown of Wheeling, W.Va.; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Barbara was a high school graduate of Linden Hall, Lititz, Pa., in 1946 and attended Beaver College. She was a dedicated wife and mother and also worked part-time in the family business, R.B. Whitaker and Sons, and at Rovner's. She was a lifelong active member of Trinity United Methodist Church, a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a member of the Millville Historical Society, where she served as a library volunteer. She loved summers at Union Lake, camping, traveling, working with the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, and spending time with her family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday at Trinity United Methodist Church in Millville.

Elvin Saul Hunter and Barbara Gray had the following children:
